“He that can have patience can have what he will.” – Benjamin Franklin
What does the BIBLE say about patience?
which is the well being of the community.”
That’s what an important person here in the north of NZ said.
Believe it or not!
Today we had a long drive through the beautiful city of Auckland, New Zealand, from New Lynn to Mount Wellington. I noticed a picture poster on the way going. I noticed a picture poster on the way coming back. The pictures were different, but the message was the same.
The message was, “WISE MEN STILL SEEK HIM.”

“Your Guide to finding out what to see and do from Kawakawa to The Cape.”
I am reading that just now on the front page of a publication.
I say,
“THE BIBLE”
“YOUR GUIDE TO FINDING OUT WHAT THE MEANING TO LIFE IS ALL ABOUT.”
The cut out death notice was lying on the servery in our house. I picked the notice up and discovered a GOLDEN NUGGET ‘wrapped up’ in the middle of the text of the notice.
Psalm 84:10
“BETTER IS ONE DAY IN YOUR COURTS THAN A THOUSAND ELSEWHERE.”
” I find it terrible that the Christians are teaching that the Son of God had to die the horrible death on the cross. What a terrible God to demand such an offering. Was there no other way to reconcile us?”
A friend confronted Pastor W. Busch with that question when he was still a student. That question made Busch go for a long walk in the night to find an answer. Was there no other solution?
The Son of God, Jesus, had the same question. Read Matthew 26:39. But there was not a long explanation forthcoming, but the simple answer,”NO, there is NO other way!”
God is just and his justice demands the death of the sinner or the death of a substitute.
The Lord Jesus was willing to drink the cup and reconcile us with God. Let us be thankful for his love for us.

THE GOSPEL IS NOT DIFFICULT!
God is there!
We are sinners!
I read again today the Westpac Slogan “Making the most of Life” while walking along Commerce Street (The Westpac Bank is on Commerce Street) in Kaitaia and the thought came to me, “Am I making the most of my life – for the LORD?
