“Here is my servant,

 1. whom I uphold,

 2. my chosen one

 3. in whom I delight;

 4. I will put my Spirit on him and

 5. he will bring justice to the nations.

 6. He will not shout

 7. or cry out,

 8. or raise his voice in the streets.

 9. A bruised reed he will not break,

10. and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out.

11. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice;

12. he will not falter

13. or be discouraged

14. till he establishes justice on the earth.

15. In his law the islands will put their hope.”
