From the end of 1966 until the end of 1979 I worked as a missionary with WEC International in Thailand. WEC missionaries had close contact with the workers of the Overseas Missionary Fellowship (OMF International).

OMF International has worldwide 1300 long-time missionaries from 30 countries and 38 % are from Asia. The General Director is Dr. Patrick Fung and he lives in Singapore. He is Chinese and a medical Doctor.

OMF International started as China Inland Mission and was founded by Hudson Taylor.
