That’s what Rachel said to Jacob in Genesis 30:1. She was of course asking for physical children.

Let us think about spiritual children , and let us ask the Lord to bring us to the point where we can say to the Lord:

GIVE ME SPIRITUAL CHILDREN, OR I’LL DIE!

Where is Freedom?

We are captives. We are prisoners. We are in chains. We are sinners. How do I know all that? Because I read the Bible, the Word of the Living God. 

Here are the verses:

Isaiah 61:1 – captives

Luke 4:18; Psalm 146:7 – prisoners

Psalm 116:16 – chains

Revelation 1:5; Romans 6:18 – sinners

I like to sing and hear the hymn that starts with the question “Would you be free from your burden of sin?” by L. E. Jones. The hymn continues with the answer “There is power in the blood, power in the blood;…”

Where is FREEDOM? The Bible, the Word of the Living God has the answer!

“Now the Lord is the Spirit and where the Spirit of the

Lord is there is FREEDOM.”
