How do you recognize a witness in JERUSALEM (KAITAIA)?

Acts 1:8 says:

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and…”

I recognized a witness in KAITAIA today, because he had verses from the BIBLE written on his car.

First of all I saw only First Samuel 7:12.

But there was also John 21:17.

How do I remember the verses? The owner of the vehicle wrote the verses down  for me.
