So if you would live a full and rewarding life in this world you must start by realizing that the highroad to such a life is to consider the world to which we are going, to meditate on ‘the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints’.” – D M Lloyd-Jones

“GREAT EASTER READS”
“Great Easter Reads” are advertised in the newspaper today. (Saturday, April 4, 2015)
The poster standing in front of the dairy here in Kaitaia tells me that.
I don’t know anything about the “Great Easter Reads” in the paper, because I did not buy a paper, but I want to tell you about the Greatest Easter Reads:
“And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you.”
“We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.”
You find those reads in the Bible, in the New Testament in Paul’s letter to the Romans. Romans 8:11; Romans 6:4.

The lack of true scriptural holiness today is surely due to the fact that we do not spend sufficient time in meditating upon the glory that awaits us.” – D M Lloyd-Jones

The world is too much with us, and we tend to think of salvation too much in terms of present experiences rather than in the light of the glory which awaits us. This contemplation of the glory is the high road to holiness.” – D M Lloyd – Jones
Coopers Beach EASTER CAMP 2015
Today we attended two sessions at the camp and managed to hear both speakers.
The photo at the top of this post is taken through one of the windows of the Gospel Hall at the bottom. I was able to see the water from my seat while listening to the two Camp Speakers.
Sitting in the Whangaparaoa Baptist Church, north of Auckland, you can also see the ocean.
