Mine Eyes Have Seen The Glory, by Anita Bryant is one of the six books I picked up today at the local Hospice Shop for one Dollar.

They are all religious books.

The above book mentioned is the first book I am going to read; the fact is that I have started already. I love books, especially the BIBLE.

Message in the Making

THE CROSS

Psalm 115:4-8

Intr.:

made by the hands of men.

a.  They have mouths, but cannot speak,

b.  eyes, but they cannot see;

“Eyes, but cannot see”

c.  they have ears, but cannot hear,

d.  noses, but they cannot smell;

e.  they have hands, but cannot feel,

hands

“hands, but cannot feel”

f.  feet, but they cannot walk;

g.  nor can they utter a sound with their throats.

Those who make them will be like them, …”

WAR CRY GIVEAWAY

To win a copy of Quiet Power, tell us what you like to do in your quiet moments.

Some time before reading the above Isaiah 30:15 came to my mind in a special way and that it fits actually every situation. In Isaiah 30:15 it says:

“…,in quietness … is your strength, …”

I am still learning that I need more “quiet moments”, especially when I am with people.

In my quiet moments I am doing nothing, I am just quiet.

TOO LATE

Here somewhere in the north of New Zealand is a big sign on the roadside with a MESSAGE I really like.

On our last trip from Kerikeri to Kaitaia I decided to take a picture of the sign. The sign is on the road between Kaeo and the turnoff to Whangaroa on the right side of the road. Looking for it and not finding it was a great disappointment.

KAEO: The sign was a bit north from Kaeo and I hope it will be replaced

KAEO: The sign was a bit north from Kaeo and I hope it will be replaced

Friends, who live in that area confirmed that the sign is gone. They would have taken a picture for me.

For everybody it is now too late to take a picture of that particular sign.

The MESSAGE on the sign read:

“CHRIST DIED FOR OUR SINS”. (From memory.)

But it is still not too late to believe what is written on the sign.
