“Spring into a good book.”
That encouragement I saw yesterday when visiting out local library. For those who don’t know, September is the first month of spring in New Zealand.
Also a bookmark at the library caught my eye. “This bookmark belongs to – name – SUPER READER!”
Not that I need to go into the library to “spring into a good book.” I have so many good books in my own library. Some of them I have not even read properly. But that is alright.
I love books and only recently I finished sorting them according to authors. They are now easier to find
I must say it again that a good number of my good books were bought second-hand and very cheap.
One of them is Sovereign grace by D.L. Moody. What a treasure and I bought it for 50 cents.
“By grace are ye saved,” it says on one of the first pages of the book. We find that verse in Ephesians 2:8 in the Bible.
The book I really love is the Bible.
Some time ago I looked up “GOOD BOOK” in The Collins Concise Dictionary and there it says that “GOOD BOOK” is “a name for the Bible.”
Who wants to be a “SUPER READER” of the Bible?
I do! I hope you do too!
