THE HOLY LAND
A member of our congregation told us this morning in church about her visit to Israel not long ago and showed us pictures of the Holy Land
.
That reminded me of a book in German I have had in my library for a long time. It is the book HEILIGES LAND – HEUTE by M. Basilea Schlink. The book is also praised by the manager of a Travel Agency.
So far as I remember I have not read the book as yet. Must read it now.
I am wondering now if other members of our congregation have the desire to visit the Holy Land.
SEEN TODAY …
… on the main street here in KAITAIA:
Someone standing on his skateboard and being pulled by a dog.
I don’t think you see that very often.

to the person who had six old Reader’s Digests waiting for me at one of the second-hand shops here in town and did not not want any payment.

First Things First
Relating, connecting with people, is another of the ten keys to happier living.
I am finding that under Mental Health Awareness in our local paper, The Northland Age, Tuesday, October 11, 2016. Tomorrow, October 16, 2016 is the last day of Mental Health Awareness Week.
Relating, connecting with people works best for those who have a personal relationship with the living God.
First things first.
