SEEKING

The Lord is seeking for man.

He is not only seeking for the unbeliever, he is also seeking for the believer.

THE UNBELIEVER

On the first pages of the BIBLE it says that the man and his wife hid from the LORD. “But the LORD God called to the man, “‘WHERE ARE YOU?'”

SEEKING: “For the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those  whose hearts are fully committed to him.”

In Luke 19:10 the Bible says: “For the Son of man came to seek and to save what was lost.”

THE BELIEVER

In Second Chronicles 16:9 we read in the BIBLE:

“For the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him.”

Is your heart fully committed to him. Don’t try to hide from him. “Fully committed” means “fully committed.”

The Lord is searching for you. He knows where you are hiding. Are you ready to be found by him? Let him find you!

ONE MORE FLOWER: Who can tell me the name of this flower?

“I WILL SAVE YOU; YOU WILL NOT FALL BY THE SWORD BUT WILL ESCAPE WITH YOUR LIFE, BECAUSE YOU TRUST IN ME, DECLARES THE LORD.” – Jeremiah 39:18

FACING TOMORROW

A beautiful flower.

“Because He lives I can face tomorrow,” came to my mind early this morning.

Think about it, because the Lord Jesus Christ lives, I can face my future. (The Lord Jesus Christ is holding the future.)

“Because He lives I can face tomorrow,” is the beginning of the chorus of the hymn: “GOD SENT HIS SON, THEY CALLED HIM JESUS, …” The song is written by Gloria and Bill Gaither.

The chorus tells us that three things are happening because the Lord Jesus Christ lives:

  • We can face today, tomorrow, and our whole future.
  • We are no longer afraid.
  • We are enjoying our life.

In John 14:19 the Lord Jesus Christ says:

“BECAUSE I LIVE, YOU ALSO WILL  LIVE.”

What a blessing it is to meditate on these things!
