Reading that not long ago, made me listen carefully. Why am I so interested in quietness?

Many, many years ago I read the verse in the Bible that says:

“‘IN REPENTANCE AND REST IS YOUR SALVATION, IN QUIETNESS  AND TRUST IS YOUR STRENGTH, …” – Isaiah 30:15

Being quiet is still a challenge for me!

So I have known for a long time that in order to be strong, I must be quiet; but now I am also told that I can hear more, the quieter I become.
