A covenant is an agreement between two parties.

WINTER IN KAITAIA: It is the time of the rainbows.

In Genesis 9:13 we are reading about the agreement between God and Noah: NO MORE FLOODS OF THAT PROPORTION!

The sign of the covenant is the Rainbow of God.
