“What is truth?” asked Pilate the Lord Jesus Christ. You find that in the Bible in the Gospel according to John, chapter 18:38.

In his editorial today, “Drifting from the truth,” the editor of our local paper, The Northland Age, is quoting George Orwell, who lived from 1903-1950, and said, “The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those who speak it,” and then he adds, “And hasn’t that come true in New Zealand in 2018?”

What is truth?

In John 14:6 the Lord Jesus Christ says that He is not only the truth, but also the way and the life.
