It was a real encouragement for me to read the answer the American statesman Bernard Baruch gave when asked the question, “Who do you think is the greatest personality of our age?”
He answered, “The fellow who does his job every day. The mother who has children and gets up to get them breakfast, keep them clean, and send them off to school. The fellow who keeps the streets clean. … The unknown soldiers – millions of them.”
He was 94 when he gave the answer.
