WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PASTIME?

The “GAMBLEFREE DAY, 1 SEPT” has come and gone!

It is well known that beer, racing and rugby are the three favourite pastimes of New Zealanders.

What is YOUR favourite pastime?

New Zealand is a nation of gamblers – where there is rugby, racing and beer, there is gambling.

In the WARCRY , 27 August 2011, I am reading:

MONEY SPENT ON GAMBLING:

1986 = $221 million

2010 = $2 billion

Question:

How much money is lost daily to gambling in this country?

Answer:

$5.2 million.

My favourite pastime is reading, especially reading the Bible, the Word of the Living God.
