The Cross

“Therefore this is what the LORD, who redeemed Abraham,

Isaiah 29:22-24

Intr.:

says to the house of Jacob:

1.  ‘No longer will Jacob be ashamed,

2.  no longer will their faces grow pale.

3.  When they see among them their children,

the works of my hands,

a.  they will keep my name holy;

b.  they will acknowledge the holiness of the Holy One of Jacob, and

c.  will stand in awe of the God of Israel.

4.  Those who are wayward in spirit will gain understanding,

5.  those who complain will accept instruction.'”
