I have asked myself and I am asking others also:  DO WE REACH OUR POTENTIAL?  I mean as born again believers for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Do we recognise our potential? Do we use our potential? Do we release our potential?  Do we realise our potential? I mean of course in the service for the Lord! I was greatly encouraged, when I saw the following message on a T – Shirt (From memory of course) : “Unleash your potential.” Yes, unleash your potential for the Lord!

And it is not all bad in the schools of this country!

I am reading here something about a director and teacher of a  middle school in Auckland. This teacher was much loved and touched many lives of course. He loved the kids and his wife said, he could see a diamond in the rough when looking at a child. He had also the ability to inspire people to reach their potential. When he died his wife received many letters. The letters said that he was a great blessing and some former students said “you were a father to me.”

At the present time, as believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, are we not also diamonds in the rough? We must be , because the Bible says that one day we will sparkle like jewels in a crown. Zechariah 9:16 In Isaiah 62:3 it says “You will be a crown of splendor in the Lord’s hand, a royal diadem in the hand of our God.” Read also Ephesians 5:27.

At the present time the Holy Spirit is our TEACHER and he wants to inspire us to reach our potential.

The Holy Spirit is The Helper. The Holy Spirit is The Comforter. The Holy Spirit Convicts us of  Sin. He Convinces us of  Eternal Life. He Guides our actions. He Protects us. He is with us in Everyday Situations. The Holy Spirit Teaches us to Pray. Romans 8:26,27; Ephesians 1:18,19
