This time of the year – August – here in New Zealand is the time to do some serious study. The weather is not all that pleasant and it is better inside than outside. (So far today we have had rain for most of the day, and when it comes down it comes down.)
That’s why I took the exposition of Ephesians ONE by D M Lloyd-Jones from my book shelf not only to read it but to study it and to make notes as well.
Have you ever wondered about the expression ‘in heavenly places’ in Paul’s letter to the Ephesians? Well, D M Lloyd-Jones explains it on pages 62 and 63.
I really feel that I am understanding the exposition and that I am making progress spiritually by reading the sermons by this teacher of the Scriptures.
