“‘Suppose there is a righteous man

Ezekiel 18:5-9

Intr.:

who does what is just and right.

1.  He does not eat at the mountain shrines or
2. look to the idols of the house of Israel.
3. He does not defile his neighbor’s wife or
4. lie with a woman during her period.
5. He does not oppress anyone, but
6. returns what he took as pledge for a loan.
7. He does not commit robbery but
8. gives his food to the hungry and
9. provides clothing for the naked.
10. He does not lend at usury or
11. take excessive interest.
12. He withholds his hand from doing wrong and
13. judges fairly between man and man.
14. He follows my decrees and
15. faithfully keeps my laws.
