“Life is the most amazing thing you own.”

That are the words on the poster I read when entering one of the Banks here in Kaitaia at the present time.

Underneath it says, “Talk to us today about protecting your lifestyle and your loved ones.”

As a reader of the Bible I remember what the Word of God says in First Corinthians 6:19 and 20. That is a letter the Apostle Paul has written to the Corinthians.

There we read:

“DO YOU NOT KNOW

First Corinthians 6:19,20

Introduction:

that

A.  your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit,

a.  who is in you,

b.  whom you have from God?

B.  You are not your own;

C.  you were bought at a price.

End:

Therefore honor God with your body.”

Let us remember again that all the letters in the New Testament are written to true followers of the Lord Jesus Christ.

There are people who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and there are people who do not believe. The New Living Translation says, “You do not belong to yourself.” (1 Corinthians 6:19)

I am a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ and therefore believe what the Bible says!
