PART ONE:

“As the rain and the snow come down from heaven,

“We listen!” it says at the bottom of the flyer, and I am wide awake.

The flyer is all about the “Parent helpline.”

I notice also that the “Parent helpline”  is advertised on a bigger advertising leaflet together with other services.

Other services of interest to me are the services that answer the following questions:

“NOT COPING WITH LOSS OR LIFE?”

“CONFUSED ABOUT WHO YOU ARE OR FITTING IN?”

“CONFUSED ABOUT YOUR FUTURE?”

Fifteen questions I find on the flyer on one side and on the other side there must be more than one hundred organisations one can talk to. Fifteen times I read also: “You can talk to: …”

It is good to know that we can talk to PEOPLE and that they are saying that they are listening.

I have learned to pray (“‘Prayer is talking with Jesus'”) to THE LORD JESUS CHRIST about my life, about who I am and about my future. I know that the Lord is listening to me and he is also speaking to me through his Word, the Bible.
