Today I attended the Ringa Atawhai Healthy Lifestyle Hui (meeting) at Kaitaia Te Ahu Centre, Main Hall.

I picked up quite a bit of information material from the different stalls and also free giveaways, but as yet I have not looked at the information properely.

Another book in my library is the autobiography TO A DIFFERENT DRUM by Dr. Pauline Hamilton (also bought second hand).
I am reading it now!
