WAR CRY GIVEAWAY

To be in to win a copy of  TRUE RED tell us how God rescued you from darkness into light.

SEPTEMBER, 1958, EVENING

God the Holy Spirit rescued me from darkness (hell) one evening in September 1958 and I am almost certain that it was the 2nd of September 1958. I was 18 years old at that time and that was more than 50 years ago.

On that day in September I had my second birthday (regeneration).  I passed from darkness to light.

I have learnt that the new birth (regeneration) is a sovereign work of the Holy Spirit. John 3:8

I have also learnt that the new birth (regeneration) is a secret work of the Holy Spirit. John 3:8

When I passed from darkness to light, (second birthday) I understood the BIBLE all of a sudden. Before that the BIBLE was for me like any other book.

In Ephesians 1:4 it says, “FOR HE CHOSE  US IN HIM BEFORE THE CREATION OF THE WORLD TO BE HOLY AND BLAMELESS IN HIS SIGHT.” Notice “…before the creation of the world…”

In First John 5:13 we read, “I WRITE THESE THINGS TO YOU WHO BELIEVE IN THE NAME OF THE SON OF GOD SO THAT YOU MAY KNOW  THAT YOU HAVE ETERNAL LIFE.” Notice  “….know that you have eternal life.”

“Let us do all that we do in remembrance of his dying love.

Every act of our life ought to be religious.

Every day ought to be a Sabbath in the sense of it being sacred and devoted to the glory of God, and

every meal we take ought to be a scrament.” – General William Booth
