“Lifewise” and “turning lives around” is written at the top of the front of the building.

Reading that reminds me of the time when the Lord Jesus Christ turned my life around in my teens.

And a lot more is written there, namely: “FAMILY SUPPORT, HOMECARE, PARENTING EDUCATION, EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION, DISABILITY SUPPORT.”

Much could be said about the services. But I only want to encourage you to be thankful for them.

All the services mentioned are “turning lives around” for the present time, but the Lord Jesus Christ is “turning lives around” for ever, for time and ETERNITY.

But we must look to him and believe in him (John 6:40).

A sign seen in Commerce Street (Kaitaia) at the moment says:

“IF YOU ARE PATIENT IN ONE MOMENT OF ANGER, YOU WILL ESCAPE A HUNDRED DAYS OF SORROW.”

The Bible says:

“LOVE IS PATIENT, …” – 1 Corinthians 13:4
