“YOU MAY OFTEN SEE JESUS CHRIST WRECK A LIFE BEFORE HE SAVES IT.” – Oswald Chambers

“Read in order to live,” says Gustave Flaubert.

I am reading the quote on a bookmark I picked up at the shop where I buy our local paper.

That we live on every word that comes from the mouth of God teaches the Lord Jesus Christ.

And here are some of the words from the mouth of God I live on:

The Northland Age, Tuesday, March 21, 2017

“Since they have rejected the word of the LORD, what kind of wisdom do they have.” – Jeremiah 8:9

“But as for me, I watch in hope for the LORD, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me.” – Micah 7:7

And there are more, of course.

Read the BIBLE in order to live!

“She’ll be right.”

That’s what the people in Australia and New Zealand say.

The meaning is that it is all right or not to worry.

But how glad I am that an advertisement in our local paper says:

“DO IT RIGHT

not ‘she’ll be right'”

Sie sprachen jetzt englisch, die vier Leute, die im Laden sassen.

Sie kame von vier verschiedenen Nationan und jeder hatte natuerlich seine eigene Muttersprache.
