A. PHYSICAL EXERCISE

1 Timothy 4:8 says, “For physical training is of some value.” (The Amplified Bible)

1 Timothy 4:7 says, “Train yourself toward godliness (piety) – keeping yourself spiritually fit.” (The Amplifies Bible)

How do we keep spiritually fit?
Listen to what the Bible says about physical training and spiritual training in 1 Timothy 4:8:
” For physical training is of some value – useful for a little; but godliness [spiritual training] is useful and of value in everything and in every way, for it holds promise for the present life and also for the life which is to come.” (The Amplified Bible)
The Bible teaches that the greatest profit comes from “spiritual training.”
