Where is Freedom?

We are captives. We are prisoners. We are in chains. We are sinners. How do I know all that? Because I read the Bible, the Word of the Living God. 

Here are the verses:

Isaiah 61:1 – captives

Luke 4:18; Psalm 146:7 – prisoners

Psalm 116:16 – chains

Revelation 1:5; Romans 6:18 – sinners

I like to sing and hear the hymn that starts with the question “Would you be free from your burden of sin?” by L. E. Jones. The hymn continues with the answer “There is power in the blood, power in the blood;…”

Where is FREEDOM? The Bible, the Word of the Living God has the answer!

“Now the Lord is the Spirit and where the Spirit of the

Lord is there is FREEDOM.”

There are still people who are preaching the GOSPEL on the street. The team consisted of three men. Praise the LORD!

To come into contact with people in whose lives the Lord is at work, is a bit of heaven on earth.
