“…the darkness of the unknown,…”
“When you have come to the edge of all the light you know, and are about to step off into the darkness of the unknown, faith is knowing that one of two things will happen: there will either be something solid to stand on or you will be taught how to fly.” – Anonymous
“One who looks for a friend without faults will have none.” – Hasidic Saying
When I read the above quote on twitter a portion of the Bible came to my mind. Here it is:
John 15:13-15
“Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends,…”

UNBELIEF, IMPATIENCE, CARNAL FEAR!
“Sharp afflictions are to the soul as a soaking rain to the house. We know not that there are such holes in the roof, till the shower comes, and then we see it drop down here and there. Perhaps we did not know that there were such unmortified cuts in our soul, till the storm of afflictions came, then we found unbelief, impatience and carnal fear dropping down in many places.” – Dr. Watson writes in an old book written in 1696

“Crush credit card bills”
NZ BAPTIST is the magazine of the baptist churches of New Zealand. And who would not be interested in the article “Crush credit card bills” on page 5 (October 2010) where it says, “Over a recent Christmas, New Zealanders bought goods and services worth over $20 billion on their credit cards and paid a mind- boggling $540 million of interest at an average interest at 18%.”
In the article the question is asked, “So how can you reduce (and ideally eliminate) your credit card bill?”
Twelve ways are mentioned!
I am missing one way.
The Bible, the Word of the Living God, says in Romans 13:8:
“LET NO DEBT REMAIN OUTSTANDING, EXCEPT THE CONTINUING DEBT TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER,……”
