Only today I find more about hell in the little magazine called  “GOinto”. The Writing and Editorial Team is writing in the SUMMER 2010 issue:

“TO HELL WITH THEM?”

“In recent downtown street conversations it’s been startling, although not surprising, to hear that most people don’t believe in Hell. Heaven, yeah sure, many like that idea. Hell, no way, can’t stomach that one. Would we answer any differently?”

There is also a quote by J. I. Packer in the article. He is the Christianity Today editor. And this is the quote:  “Emphasis on the lostness of the lost has come to be almost taboo. The shift is startling.”

We are told to be inspired by words. I am inspired by words. Most of all I am inspired by THE WORD OF GOD.

That is another title for the Bible. The Bible is known also by other titles such as “the Scriptures” and “the Writings”.

BE INSPIRED BY THE BIBLE, THE WORD OF THE LIVING GOD!

I have praying friends. How do I know that? On the postcard it says:  “Just wanted to drop you a note and let you know that we prayed for you this morning….”

Second Corinthians 1:1 “…. by the will of God, ….” Also Ephesians 1:1; Colossians 1:1;  Second Timothy 1:1.

First Timothy 1:1 “….by the command of God our Savior and of Christ….”
