“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.”
Psalm 51:10
“Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.”
Philippians 3:13-14
“Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.”
“The evidence is now without dispute. If parents want their children to be successful socially and academically at school, the most important thing they can do is to collaborate with teachers and strive to maintain regular and effective communication. ” – C. Webster- Stratton
This is one of the new chapters in the book “The Incredible Years” by Dr. C. Webster Stratton: “How to partner with your child’s teacher to promote social and academic success.”
I am reading that on the back cover of the book “The Incredible Years” by C. Webster- Stratton.
The message is:
Communication!
The success of the children at school depends on the communication between parents and teachers!
Have you heard that before?
The parents must work together with teachers. The teacher must be a partner. The parents must strive to maintain regular and effective communication.
The success of the children of God in their lives depends on their communication with God!
Have you heard that before?
In First Corinthians 3:9 the apostle Paul says, “For we are God’s fellow workers;….” And in Second Corinthians 6:1 we read, “As God’s fellow workers we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain.”
Are we praying regularly to God? How effective are our prayers? Are we striving to maintain a regular and effective communication with the Living God?
