“Ask your stylist how you can outshine everyone……….”
When I read today “Ask your stylist how can outshine everyone…….” at the local HAIR STUDIO I remembered, “…., so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe…..”
That is a verse from the Bible and you find that verse in Paul’s letter to the Philippians. (Philippians 2:15)

TOP STORY!
TOP STORY!
Do you have a Top Story? I would really like to know.
When I turn on my emachines laptop, I am automatically connected to: homepage.emachines.com.
On the right side of the screen I read: Top Stories. I can click on New Zealand and read the New Zealand Top Stories or I can click on World and read the Top Stories of the World.
But I want to tell you about my Top Story:
In my library are a number of books written by Johannes Busch and Wilhelm Busch. They were true followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, preached the Good News and wrote books.
Wilhelm Busch used to preach in Essen / Germany many years ago. I used to live in Bottrop at that time and listened with great joy to his sermons. Bottrop is not far from Essen.
Johannes Busch writes in one of his books:
“Das ist die Mitte der Weltgeschichte, dass unser Gott diese Welt nicht losgelassen hat, sondern ihr nachgelaufen ist.”
For those who don’t know German:
“That is the Centre of World History that God did not let go of the world, but that he ran after the world.”
His brother Wilhelm Busch writes in one of his books:
“Die groesste Tat der Weltgeschichte ist der Kreuztod des Sohnes Gottes.”
In English:
“The greatest deed (event) in the World History is the death on the cross of the Son of God.”
THE CENTRE OF WORLD HISTORY IS THE DEATH ON THE CROSS OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.
And that is also my Top Story.
Make it also your Top Story!
Sermon Outline OT (NIV)

nothing while I
was with you
except Jesus Christ and him
