“I DARED TO CALL HIM FATHER,” by Bilquis Sheikh is the book I am currently reading.

The author writes that she felt sure, that no Muslim thought of Allah as his father. From a very early age she had been taught how to know about Allah. Three things:

  1. To think on the Quran.
  2. To study the Quran.
  3. To pray five times a day.

We Christians talk to God as if he were our father. In Matthew 6:9-15 the Lord Jesus Christ tells us how to pray:

“Our Father Who is in heaven, hallowed (kept holy) be your name.”
