In May 2017 the largest combined evangelical effort in history begins.

All over the world churches will be running Alpha courses at the same time.

The course was started in 1977 at LONDON. (Holy Trinity Church, Brompton)

At the present time the course is running in 170 countries and 112 languages.

The Alpha course is so successful because it is an informal gathering. People are invited to ask questions about faith. There are ten sessions.

I have read that many churches in Whangarei will be running the Alpha course, beginning in May this year.
