“STUCK?”

It was a notice in the paper under the heading ‘Healing’ and it said, “Do you feel stuck? I can help you with clarity and direction.” And it goes on: “Psychic Channel, Natural Healing.”

We are all stuck. David in the Bible was also stuck. We read about it in Psalm 32:1-5. We are stuck in our sins. Stuck in our troubles. Please read those verses several times and compare with First John 1:9. Read also Hebrews 12:1. Are you entangled by sins? Are you stuck in your troubles? David was, because he says in Psalm 34:6,17: The Lord saves me! The Lord delivers me! — Psalm 107:6,13,19,28.

We surely need help with clarity and direction. The Bible makes it very clear, that we are sinners and we know it. The Bible gives us direction, how to get out of our sins and our troubles. The Bible gives us also direction not only for this life, but also for the life to come. Come to the Lord! Only He can make you ‘unstuck.’ He loves you.

AND THAT IS REAL HEALING!

Update on the Anzac Day flyer:

1. The flyer has been read by several of my friends and corrected by the editor of “THE CHRISTIAN WRITER.” (Magazine of the Christian Writers Guild NZ)

2. The master copy is going today (28.03.08) to the local photocopy-service where I managed to get a special deal for 1000 leaflets. The flyers will be folded there as well.

3. There are several contractors who are delivering leaflets for 4 cents a copy + GST not only in town but also in the RD areas.

Worshiping

In my Bible Reading today ( Second Kings 17 ) I came to to the part where it talks about worshiping: Second Kings 17:32 They worshiped the Lord, but…. Second Kings 17:33 They worshiped the Lord, but…. Second Kings 17:41 Even while these people were worshiping the Lord, they were serving their idols. And then it says: TO THIS DAY THEIR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN CONTINUE TO DO AS THEIR FATHERS DID.

A wife invited some people to dinner. At the table, she turned to their six year old daughter and said, “Would you like to say the blessing?” I wouldn’t know what to say,” the girl replied. “Just say what your hear mummy say,” the wife answered. The daughter bowed her head and said, “Lord, why on earth did I invite all these people to dinner?”

A Sunday school teacher asked her children as they were on the way to a church service, “And why is it necessary to be quiet in church?” One bright little girl replied, “Because people are sleeping.”

A little boy was overheard praying, “Lord, if you can’t make me a better boy, don’t worry about it. I’m having a real good time like I am.”
