About in the middle of Psalm 119 we are reading three times about affliction.
The Psalmist speaks about affliction in the verses 67, 71 and 75.
1. Psalm 119:67
“Before I was afflicted I went astray, but now I obey your word.”
2. Psalm 119:71
“It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees.” Read also the next verse!
3. Psalm 119:75
“I know, O LORD, that your laws are righteous, and in faithfulness you have afflicted me.”
A DAY WITHOUT SUNSHINE IS LIKE A LIFE WITHOUT THE LORD JESUS CHRIST! – W. D.
“And in the end
it’s not the years in your life that count.
It’s the life in your years.” –

My story:
More than 18 years without life.
More than 50 years with life.
What happened?
I was almost eighteen years of age when I believed on the Lord Jesus Christ. What happens when one believes?
Many things are happening. One of them is that one receives ETERNAL LIFE. I am now in the possession of ETERNAL LIFE.
“I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand.” – John 10:28
“I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.” – First John 5:13
DO YOU HAVE LIFE IN YOUR YEARS?
