Kuerzlich sprach ich mit vier Deutschen, zwei wohnen hier und zwei sind zu Besuch.

Eine Dame, die zu Besuch war, sprach von Neuseeland als dem “Traumland”.

Letzten Sonntag waren wir mit der Gemeinde zu einem Gemeindeausflug am sogenananten Neunzig Meilen Strand in Ahipara, und da habe ich diese Muscheln vom Traumland – Strand mitgenommen.

How does a mother read the letter she receives from her daughter, who lives in a foreign country? Does she read a sentence here and a sentence there? No, she reads every word of the precious document from the beginning to the end. And when she has finished reading it, she is probably starting all over again.

These days you don’t find many churches , where pastors preach verse by verse through letters or books of the BIBLE. Usually you hear topical sermons. A little bit from here and a little bit from there, and you don’t know if what you hear is true to the context.

But there is help. I don’t know exactly how I got on to it. But one of our teachers at the Bible College I went to told me, where to find good Bible Teaching.
