The hymn POWER IN THE BLOOD is by L. E. Jones and is based on the verse in  Revelation 12:11, where it says: ” They overcame him by the blood  of the lamb.”

I could hear the words of that GOSPEL hymn very clearly while walking from the local supermarket across the car park towards the main road of Kaitaia, tears coming to my eyes.

A group of young people from the SAVIOURLIFE  CHURCH in KAITAIA where standing at the main entrance of the supermarket singing and giving out tracts inviting the people to come to church on Sunday.

Near the Post Office here in Kaitaia the Brethren were proclaiming the GOOD NEWS! I obtained from them a little booklet called “A POWERFUL PREACHER”, meaning  DEATH!
