“Start your day with weather.com…”

On my monitor screen I am reading:

“Start your day with

weather.com

and make your

local forecast

your homepage!”

I am starting my day with the Bible, the Word of the Living God and with prayer and the promises of the Living God are already written on my homepage (frontpage).

Go to GOLDEN NUGGETS on this blog and read some of the promises!

First John 1:9

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.”

Jesus’ College

“Jesus’  College is the only one in which God’s truth can be really learned; other schools may teach us what is to be believed, but Christ’s alone can show us how to believe it.” – C. H. Spurgeon

“Have You Found the Meaning of Life?”

Story told by Mr. McCully at Grace Church, February 18,1959.

A few years ago Nehru of India visited the U. S. A. and requested the pleasure of visiting Einstein who was probably the greatest brain that ever lived. Request granted. They talked of politics, travel, etc., and then Nehru said,  “Mr. Einstein, the question that I came to ask is this,  Have you found the meaning of life?”  Einstein bowed his head and replied, “No, I have not found the meaning of life.”

From the book: One hundred Bible Lessons by A. Douglas, page 214.

“It’s more than just a new car, it’s the start of a 10-year RELATIONSHIP.”

On the beautiful poster it says,  “It’s more than  just a new car, it’s the start of a 10-year relationship.” Peace of mind for up to 10 years is also mentioned.

In the Bible, the Word of the Living God, it says:  It’s more than  just a new life, it’s the start of a never ending relationship. And in the Bible we are also reading about the peace of God. In Philippians 4:7 it says: “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”

My wonderful relationship with the Living God started when I was eighteen years of age.

Many things are happening, when one believes on the Lord Jesus Christ, things in relation to God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.

We have access to God’s grace. (Ephesians 2:8)  We are accepted in the beloved. (Ephesians 1:6) We are born again. (John 3:3,7)

What happens in relation to others?

We become AMBASSADORS. In Second Corinthians 5:20 the Bible says,  “Now then we are ambassadors for Christ.”

Automatically we have a responsibility. We have a responsibility to the outside world as a witness.

That’s why I am writing this for you, because of my responsibility!
