comes to my mind when I read ads like that!

“Peace of mind.”

“Peace of mind.”

“Peace of mind.”

“Peace of mind.”

Lately I have read “peace of mind” many times, on a New Zealand Post HOLDING YOUR MAIL application form, in one of our local newspapers, retirement villages advertising “Peace of mind retirement living and care.”  “Peace of mind” is also written on two pages of the magazine called Familycare New Zealand. (Summer 2011)

And lately I read also about “Peace of mind” in a book written by C. H. Spurgeon. He talks about the sinning of Christians.  He says that transgression ( a breach of a law, etc.; sin or crime.)  does not only DESTROY PEACE OF MIND, but also “obscures fellowship with Jesus, hinders prayer , brings darkness over the soul.”

“Feed your faith, and your doubts will starve to death.”

“Freedom from sin is the greatest of all liberties.”

“Don’t expect God to use you as a lighthouse somewhere else, if  He can’t use you as a candle where you are.”

“Watch out for temptation – the more you see of it the better it looks.”
