“I was ashamed to ask the king for soldiers and horsemen to protect us from enemies on the road,

Ezra 8:22,23

Intr.:

because we had told the king,

1.  ‘The gracious hand of our God is on everyone who looks to him, but

2.  his great anger is against all who forsake him.’

So we fasted and

petitioned our God about this, and he answered our prayer.”

THE ‘PARKING’ LIST

There are things we have to do and there are things we want to do. In order not to worry about those things and not to forget those things, make a list where you ‘park’ them.

‘Park’ the things that come to your mind and the things mentioned by a member of your family.

Some of the things on the list will be ‘parked’ only for a short time, some will be ‘parked’ longer, and some will be ‘parked’ forever.

I was almost forgetting to write this post on the blog, but not long ago I have ‘parked’ an item mentioned by a member of the family on my ‘Parking’ List.
