That the Lord has left us two memories from paradise, said a blessed man of God, namely the SUNDAY and the FAMILY.
THE SUNDAY is a present from the Lord.
Exodus 20:8-10: “‘REMEMBER TO OBSERVE THE SABBATH DAY BY KEEPING IT HOLY.'”
People who do not know the Lord don’t take care of the Sunday as a present from the Lord.
But people who do know the Lord Jesus Christ are recognising all the good gifts of God, including the Sunday.
“‘REMEMBER TO OBSERVE THE SABBATH DAY BY KEEPING IT HOLY'”
THE FAMILY is a present from the Lord.
Exodus 20:12 “‘Honor your father and mother.'”
The commandment is not only for children.
The commandment is also a serious exhortation for the parents, to make it easy for the children to honor them.
Therefore it is no wonder, that the devil is all out to destroy the SUNDAY and the FAMILY!
