Age Concern Kaitaia & District

This morning I attended an AGE CONCERN meeting at THE CORNERSTONE CHRISTIAN CENTRE (formerly Kaitaia Baptist Church).

“Be informed on how to plan and prepare to maintain physical health, mental well being and safety in your home,” it says on the invitation.

SARAH Clarke, medical officer from Kaitaia Hospital was the guest speaker. She came with a team.

We heard “how to maintain good health, well being and safety to get through the harsh changes of summer and winter months.”

Usually you hear at this place about spiritual health, but this morning we were taught about physical  health.
