When looking for a birthday card for my wife at Paper Plus today, I picked up one which interested me straight away. On the back was written, “More than Words.” On the front was a picture: A child standing on the toes of Dad. But the writing on it really took my full attention. It said, “Give me where to stand and I will move the earth.” – Archimedes

I am still thinking about what Archimedes said, but it surely is important where we are standing. On what kind of foundation are we standing? There is only one foundation. The Bible says so. What a blessing, when husband and wife are standing together on that foundation.

First Corinthians 3:11 “For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid which is Jesus Christ.”

When I was listening today to the vodafone NZ Customer Service, I was told, that they were experiencing system issues and that they were not able to action all the requests.

In the meantime customers were told to check out the On Line KNOWLEDGE BASE. Then the address was given and the customer was requested to click on ‘help’ for answers.

We as Christians also have a KNOWLEDGE BASE , and I believe that we have the best knowledge base we can find. Our knowledge base is the Bible. In the Bible we read about the Lord Jesus Christ. Listen to what the Bible has to say in
