Relationship with an Elephant

There is a circus in Kaitaia at the present time. That reminds me of the time when there was another circus at the same place. The elephant trainer said that time about his elephant, “I have had a relationship with the elephant for 30 years.” I think he said 30 years.

Unfortunately I did not go to him and tell him that I have a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ (for almost 50 years already!).

My Unsolvable Problem

Have you ever come to the point when you said to yourself, “That’s it now, this problem is unsolvable for anybody— even for the Lord!” — How foolish!

Matthew 17:20; Matthew 19:26; Mark 10:27; Luke 1:37; Luke 18:27.

INSURANCE

You can see this poster at the Auckland Savings Bank,” Insurance– Life, Disability, Income— Look after the ones you love with ASB.”

What about: LOOK AFER THE ONES YOU LOVE WITH PRAYER! — First Timothy 2:1.

FEAR

“Fear comes from the unknown. What I want to say is….. don’t be afraid.”

This advertisement is meant to encourage medical checkups. You have probably seen it.

Revelation 1:17; Isaiah 41:10,13,14; Isaiah 43:1; Isaiah 51:7; Isaiah 54:4; Jeremiah 1:8; Jeremiah 30:10; John 6:20; John 12:15; Matthew 10:26,28,31; Matthew 14:27; Psalm 46:2.

I don’t know if it is true. But I have heard that there is a ‘Fear Not” or ‘Don’t be Afraid’ for every day of the year in the bible. So we probably find those words 365 times in the Word of God.–Also I have heard Yongi Cho once preaching in Bangkok and one of his points in his sermon was ‘FEAR.’ As example he used the hectic traffic in the capital of Thailand (Bangkok).

At the End of the Day…………

“At the End of the Day……” is the tract called I have written today to give to people after I have talked to them. It also explains how to be saved and contains a good number of important verses from the Bible.

Please let me know if you want one.

Facts that could add years to your life

Facts that could add years to your life!

MATTHEW 6:27

WHO OF YOU BY WORRYING CAN ADD A SINGLE HOUR TO HIS LIFE?

During our time in Kaikohe I went to the springs quite a bit– Ngawha Springs– and I remember a lady saying ever so often ‘Why Worry!’ while soaking in the hot water. How right she was.

Also we don’t get any points for worrying!
