BIBLE STUDIES IN SCHOOL
This week’s Northland Age online poll asks whether Bible studies should be taken out of school.
I am reading that in The Northland Age, Tuesday, May 19, 2015.
I have heard about Religions Instruction in schools, Religious Education in schools and Bible in schools, and I hope that that is meant by “Bible studies” in school.
During my time with the United Maori Mission (UMM) in Kaitaia for a short time, and almost 25 years in Kaikohe, it was my privilege not only to be a Bible in schools teacher in many, many schools around Kaitaia and Kaikohe, but also to train Bible in Schools teachers. For many years we had training days at the old KERIKERI Baptist church.
What is this week’s Northland Age online poll producing? I am very much looking forward to find out!
