“Get connected,” is the message.

“Get Connected Electrical Ltd,” I read just now on a work van while I was in town for my cup of coffee.

Get Connected

At THE WAREHOUSE today I picked up a mailer with the headline “GET CONNECTED.” Inside the mailer it says, “Keeping you connected for less.”

I listened to those messages and followed them.

Our home is connected to power and I have a mobile phone.

But I also listened and followed the message of the Bible. The message of the Bible is the message of reconciliation. Salvation is free.

Get connected to your creator.

I had two cups of coffee today.

Who else has been drinking coffee today?

In a healthy RELATIONSHIP husband and wife are on the same page, on the same wavelength. That means that both want the same things and that both expect the same things.

BEING ON THE SAME PAGE

First of all they are on the same page when it comes to their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. That is in fact the foundation.

At the end of chapter six in his second letter to the Corinthians the apostle Paul is writing about not being yoked together with unbelievers. He says, “Do not be yoked together with unbelievers.” And then he asks the question, “For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common?” And after that he has four more questions.

Husband and wife are on the same page when it comes to serving the Lord Jesus Christ.

They are also on the same page when it comes to praying together.

They are also on the same page when it comes to going go the same church.

They are also on the same page when it comes to sending their children to Sunday School and to a Christian School.

Husband, do you want what your wife wants? Wife, do you want what your husband wants. Husband, do you expect what your wife expects? Wife, do you expect what your husband expects?
