TRUST

That quote is part of the article called “New Zealand’s most trusted people 2010”. And yes, I have not forgotten, that it is the year 2011.
I like what John Kirwan says about trust, especially the sentence, “TRUST IS KNOWING SOMEONE LOVES YOU, WARTS AND ALL.”
At the same time when I read about TRUST in the Reader’s Digest, I read also what Charles Haddon Spurgeon says about believing in the Lord Jesus Christ. C. H. Spurgeon says, “To believe is simply to trust, to depend, to rely upon Christ Jesus.”
I know that the Lord Jesus Christ loves me, warts and all!

I don’t want “A little piece of paradise…….” I don’ even want a piece of paradise. I want paradise. With other words I want heaven.
Why do I want heaven? I am very glad to tell you.
Let’s study for a bit the characteristics of heaven:
In order to do that we must go to the last book of the Bible, the book called REVELATION.
There will be no more TEARS, no more DEATH, no more MOURNING, no more CRYING, no more PAIN.
There will be no more NIGHT.
There will be no more HUNGER, there will be no THIRST.
What a place to go to!
