From newsletter, June 2009 , Age Concern Kaitaia:
May the road rise up to meet you
May the wind be always at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face
And the rains fall soft upon your fields
And until we meet again may God hold you in the palm of his hand.

“For I resolved to know
nothing while I was
with you except
Jesus Christ and him crucified.”

SUCH KNOWLEDGE IS TOO WONDERFUL FOR ME
Psalm 139:1-6
Intr.: O Lord,
1. you have searched me and
2. you know me.
3. You know when I sit and
4. You know when I rise;
5. you perceive my thoughts from afar.
6. You discern my going out and
7. You discern my lying down;
8. you are familiar with all my ways.
9. Before a word is on my tongue you know it completely,
O Lord.
10. You hem me in– behind and before;
11. you have laid your hand upon me.
End: SUCH KNOWLEDGE is
— too wonderful for me,
— too lofty for me to attain.
In case you ask somebody something and you don’t get an answer remember Nehemiah 5:8!!
The last sentence!
“A passion for souls is rare among church members to – day. The great mass of Christian people feel not the slightest responsibility for the souls of their fellow men. It never so much as dawns on them that they are their brother’s keeper. If they can manage to save their own souls, that is the end of their concern.
The reasons for this apathy are not far to seek.
1. Absence of conviction that every impenitent soul is utterly lost.
2. Absence of concern for the lost.
3. Absence of conception of the value of a soul.”
