“DIE BIBEL IM TEST”

Still reading the book EVIDENCE THAT DEMANDS A VERDICT by Josh McDowell. (I am half way through!) I am reading the German translation. Should actually get and English copy.

It is a book everybody should read.

On page 183 he is quoting John R. W. Stott: “Liebe ist im Kern Selbstopfer.” That is the best and shortest definition of LOVE I have ever read. “Love is in essence self sacrifice.” I hope I translated that correctly.
