On my way into the centre of the town today I passed through one of the big shops – I think it is a shortcut – and when I went through the back door of the shop I was greeted with the poster on which I read:

“Peel away all disruption.

Keep your eyes on the game.”

I was looking at a LG Life’s Good advertisement.

In the shop I picked up the “2009/10 LG TV Collection” magazine in which I am reading about “Borderless Television”.

We don’t have Televison, but I am interested in “Peel away all disruption” and “Keep your eyes on the game”.

As a true follower of the Lord Jesus Christ and reader of the Bible, the word of the Living God in Hebrews 12:1-2 comes to my mind:

“…, let us throw off everything that hinders and

the sin that so easily entangles,…”

“Let us fix our eyes on Jesus.

the author and

perfecter of our faith,..”

I am used to finding verses from the Bible (Golden Nuggets) in the local papers, but it was a real surprise to find Matthew 17:20 in the “COFFEE NEWS” “The World’s Most Popular Restaurant Publication”. (Vol 113:2 under  “Quotable Quotes”.)

Matthew 17:20 says, “I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘move from here to there’ and it will move.”
